SPECIAL ORDERS
All Special Orders are Final Sale.   No Returns.  No Exchanges.   We do not assume any liability for delays in or failure to make delivery due to conditions over which we have no control, including delays in carriers, delays in production by manufacture, delays in shipping by manufacture or any other unavoidable cause.  We do our best to rush your order through, but please understand that the manufacturer is producing the item and any delay by the manufacturer is beyond our control. 
 

SALES TAX INFORMATION
All Shipments delivered to a Pennsylvania locations are charged 6%  Sales Tax.
 

WARRANTY REPAIR
Pro-Am Golf is not a warranty repair station for broken or defective merchandise.  All repairs on Warranty products are done by the manufacture who produced the product (i.e. Adams, Mizuno etc.).  If you have a warranty claim, please Email us and we can contact that company for you and provide you with instructions.  A copy of your original sales receipt must accompany all warranty repairs.  Customer is responsible for any and all charges including shipping..
 

CANCELED ORDERS
Any Canceled Order will be accessed a 35% cancellation charge on the total invoice and the balance will be applied back to your Paypal account.
 

International Orders
International shipping charged only cover the cost of Insurance and Freight.  There will be a handling charge assessed to all orders.

ALL TAXES, IMPORT FEES, DUTIES AND BROKERAGE FEES MUST BE PAID BY THE PURCHASER AT TIME OF DELIVERY.  IF THE SHIPMENT IS REFUSED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL SHIPPING EXPENSES, HANDLING CHARGE PLUS ANY DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES/TAXES CHARGED TO US FOR THE RETURN.

Please check with the local FedEx hub or government agency for any fees or duties required by you upon importation before placing an order.  All delivery hubs will charge the same VAT, so the information provided from any of them should be accurate.

Name and Address verification must be completed by the issuing bank, before the order is shipped.  Any delays in your banks response to our faxed request is beyond our control and will delay the shipment.
 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Refused Shipments are charged a 50 % restocking charge along with the all Shipping/Insurance and Handling charges and all Return Shipping / Insurance and Handling charges.

International Order will also have accessed all VAT duties and taxes accessed by customs.
 

ALTERNATE ADDRESS SHIPMENTS
Paypal handles all the verification.  We will only ship to a Paypal verified address.
